Making a complaint
We are committed to ensuring that your rights are upheld while you are in our service. Our complaints process has been designed to ensure that making a complaint is simple and safe.
Your rights
As a person supported by LinkPeople your rights are covered under the Human Rights Act. If you’re receiving mental health support from us, you’re also covered by the Health and Disability Consumer Code of Rights.
This means you have the right to:
- always be treated with respect, dignity, honesty, skill and care.
- receive full information about health and support services that are available to you.
- receive support that lets you live well in the communities of your choice.
- choose who you’d like to be involved in your recovery journey.
- to receive services that meet agreed standards and you have the right to make a complaint.
You are encouraged to raise concerns, complaints or give feedback directly to LinkPeople team members at any time. Or you can use the below form.
Complaints submitted via the online form go to the LinkPeople National Team, who will ensure that they are responded to appropriately.
