Services in the Greater Wellington area

In Wellington, Upper and Lower Hutt, Porirua, and the Kāpiti Coast, we offer the following services for people referred by the District Health Board’s (DHB) community mental health teams:

• Housing placement – our housing case workers work alongside people referred from the community mental health teams, supporting them to find the right housing to meet their needs.
• Tenancy management – as a social landlord, we rent out properties and then tenant them with people in need of housing. As a landlord, you can be assured of guaranteed rent and other benefits. Click here

• Supported landlord – as a social landlord, we aim to help people sustain their tenancies and access the support they need to live well.
